How long does it takes for you to ship?

We mainly ship within 1-3 days if products are in stock. In case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances, your item will be shipped within 1-5 days. We will inform you if there are anymore delays. Please do not worry, we will keep in touch or you can contact us through the contact page.

How long does it take for items to arrive? 

UK orders take less than a week but in case of delays, it should take anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks.

For international order:

Every orders are shipped out of our London warehouse and usually take 1-6 weeks to arrive based on your location. Orders based in Europe, the US and popular Middle East countries tend to arrive quicker than other locations but please keep in mind that delays could happen if buyer fail to pay for custom duty, etc…

If you pick express shipping for any international orders, your order should arrive in less than 2 weeks.

Please contact us immediately if you noticed that your tracking has not updated after a week. We mainly received a high volume of orders so we cannot keep up to date on every orders. By notifying us, we will be able to investigate issues with your order and do our best to make sure courier keeps your parcel moving or does not lose your parcel. 

Do you accept returns? 

We only accept returns on products that are not as described. We strive our best to ensure all of our products are up to perfection but please keep in mind that there will be times that we will miss out on any flaws ~ we are happy to give out appropriate partial refunds or accept full returns but buyers will need to pay for shipment (please do understand we are still a small business). 

Once an order is dispatched and the product is as described, no returns are allowed. 

What happen if I don't receive my order or courier lost my parcel?

If you haven't received your order after it has been shipped, chances are there are delays or loss of parcel by courier. If there are delays, please contact us and we will try our best to help ease the process. In case of loss or damage caused by shipping company, we will not offer a refund as we are not liable for products after it has been dispatched.

CUSTOMERS ARE ALSO LIABLE TO PAY FOR ANY CUSTOM DUTY 
 
Why am I not refunded in full for my cancelled order? 

We cancelled your order for these reasons: we cannot locate your address, you refuse to pay for custom duty and you're not responding to important emails we have sent out about your order (we typically give 3-7 days for you to respond before refunding). We cannot stress this enough that you need to make sure your address is locatable on google maps because there is no way for the delivery company to find your address if it is not even locatable. The delivery company would also not be making calls to specifically locate your address as you pay for standard rate shipment. 

Once we cancelled your order, we would not be processing full refunds of your order because of conversion rates and bank processing fees. You will only be refunded the amount we will be receiving. 

 DISCLAIMER: At Vattey Archives, we are very strict about disrespect or rudeness to our staffs or customer service support. According to the UK laws, if you are unhappy about our service, you are entitled to appropriate refund. We will be here to assist you when you are unhappy with your products but if there is any abuse toward our staffs, we will refuse the right to assist you.
