How long does it takes for you to ship?

We typically ship orders within 1-3 days if the products are in stock. In the event of any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, your item will be shipped within 1-5 days. We'll keep you updated on any further delays. Rest assured, we’ll stay in touch, but feel free to reach out to us via Instagram DM @vatteyarchives if you have any questions.How long does it take for items to arrive? 

UK orders typically arrive within a week, but in the event of delays, they may take anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks.

For international order:

All orders are shipped from our London warehouse and generally take 1-4 weeks to arrive, depending on your location. Orders within Europe, the US, and popular Middle Eastern countries tend to arrive faster, but please note that delays may occur if the buyer fails to cover customs duties or other charges.

If you choose express shipping for international orders, your package should arrive within 2 weeks or less.

If you notice that your tracking hasn't been updated after a week, please contact us right away. Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we're unable to monitor every shipment closely. By reaching out, we can investigate any issues with your order and work to ensure the courier continues processing your parcel or avoids losing it.

 

Do you accept returns? 

We only accept returns for products that are not as described. While we make every effort to ensure our products meet high standards, there may be occasional oversights. In such cases, we are happy to offer partial refunds or accept full returns, but buyers will be responsible for return shipping costs (please understand that we are a small business).

Once an order has been dispatched and the product is as described, we do not accept returns. Additionally, we are not liable for any issues with products once they have been shipped.

What happen if I don't receive my order or courier lost my parcel?

If you haven't received your order after it has been shipped, it's likely due to delays or a potential issue with the courier. If you're experiencing delays, please reach out to us, and we'll do our best to assist you. However, in the case of lost or damaged parcels caused by the shipping company, we cannot offer a refund, as we are not liable for products once they have been dispatched.

CUSTOMERS ARE ALSO LIABLE TO PAY FOR ANY CUSTOM DUTY 

 

Why am I not refunded in full for my cancelled order? 

We have canceled your order for the following reasons: we were unable to locate your address, you declined to pay the customs duty, and you have not responded to our important emails regarding your order (we typically allow 3-7 days for a response before issuing a refund). Please note that it’s crucial for your address to be locatable on Google Maps, as the delivery company cannot find an address that isn't listed. Additionally, the delivery company will not contact you directly to locate your address, if you chose standard shipping.

Once your order is canceled, we will not process a full refund due to conversion rates and bank processing fees. You will only be refunded the amount we receive.

At Vattey Archives, we have a zero-tolerance policy for any disrespect or rudeness toward our customer support. Under UK law, if you're dissatisfied with our service, you're entitled to a proper refund, and we're here to assist you. However, any abusive behavior will result in us refusing further assistance.

We do not accept credit card payments, and all orders will be shipped as agreed. Any false credit card claims or chargebacks will be disputed with this policy, and we reserve the right to take legal action for fraud. As a small, solo-run business, I kindly ask for respect and fairness in all interactions.
